
The number of professionals considering a job change is at historically high levels. Forbes recently reported that half of all American workers are actively looking, while other sources estimate that number to be even higher. The percentage varies based on the demographics of those being surveyed, as 73% of Gen Z workers recently polled said they would like to switch jobs or careers.
This is the fourth and final part of a series that looks at the specific reasons that underly these historically high numbers. Nearly all job changes fall into one (or more) of four categories.
